I paint because I have no choice. I need to.

No matter what the questions are, the answer is always nature. Her rules govern everything, from a small leaf to the stars.

What in nature is similar but slightly different, like leaves, waves, seas, vanishing horizons…have permanently grasped my interest. Everything is there. Difference and unity, construction and deconstruction, as the sea tides, repetition, mood to mood, moment to moment, record the traces of time passing in nature.

No machines. From my eye to my hand and, with the help of pencils, ink, graphite, strings, acrylic…, to paper, handmade; the seismography of the flickering of life.
